Analysis of legal changes in relation to preventing further construction of SHPP in BiH
BiH has a total of 244 rivers, which means that with the construction of more than 500 planned small hydropower plants, effectively all rivers in the country would be used for commercial purposes (Bučinski, 2017). It is enough to look at the photos of dry riverbeds to become clear that there are no conditions for the life of plants and animals that depend on water, because water is the life.
