Perspectives - "Stabilokratie" und/oder Radikalisierung
Es existiert eine groteske Umkehrung des Paradigmas von Recht und Ordnung. Nicht Gesetze oder internationale Standards bestimmen, was rechtmäßig ist, sondern kriminelle Machtkartelle, die mit den dominierenden Parteien enge Überschneidungen aufweisen.
Als Folge daraus sind Individual- und Menschenrechte weitestgehend ausgehebelt, der Einzelne hat in diesen rechtsfreien Strukturen kaum Chancen, sein Recht durchzusetzen.
Der Westen, allen voran die EU, hat es nicht vermocht, diese destruktiven Kräfte einzudämmen und für ihre Agenda – Demokratie, Liberalität, Vielfalt – nachdrücklich zu werben.
Mit ihrer Verzagtheit, die die EU schon im Bosnien-Krieg an den Tag legte, versäumt die EU es nun neuerlich, europäische Werte auf dem Balkan zu verteidigen. Dies allerdings bedroht mehr und mehr auch die EU in ihren Grundfesten: Grassierende Zerstörungsideologien, die sich in den neunziger Jahren Bahn gebrochen haben, schwappen nun in die EU zurück und gefährden den Zusammenhalt innerhalb der Union.
