Uljarevic is political scientist with major in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade, and additional specialisations in politicalsystems, EU affairs, media policies, human rights and civil society from Montenegrin and international universities.

She is member of several prominent Montenegrin NGOs boards, and at the wider level member of Regional Council of Coalition for RECOM and WesternBalkans Advisory Committee of global  OSF. 

She is also member of the Regional Council of Coalition for RECOM and used to be member of the WB Advisory Committee of global OSF. Moreover,she used to work with international media (BBC World) and organisations (CoE, OSCE, IFES), and she is often engaged as a consultant. 

She is (co)author and editor of series of publications and articles in democratisation and Europeanisation, and one of the leading political analysts in Montenegro often quoted in media.
