Njomza is a Programme Manager at the Group for Legal and Political Studies, focusing on good governance, transparency and EU integration. Njomza has a BSc in Business Administration from the South East European (SEE) University in North Macedonia, and is pursuing a major in International Relations and Diplomacy at the same university.

She is a (co) author of series of papers and opinions. Her research is mostly focused on good governance, transparency, and enlargement. She is a co-author the Freedom House Nations in Transit Report Kosovo for 2019-2021. She also acts as the Project Director for the Centre for Strategic Litigation, a platform that seeks to strengthen the rule of law in Kosovo through strategic litigation.
